Robert F. Dionisi, Jr., a founding partner of Dionisi, O’Rourke & Bradford, LLP, is an accomplished attorney with 28 years of experience, specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions across Massachusetts, particularly in Metro-West Boston, Worcester, and Cape Cod. A graduate of Cornell University, American International College, and Boston University School of Law, he is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, and New Jersey, and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Dionisi represents buyers, sellers, developers, and investors, serves as a closing attorney for major lenders, and acts as outside counsel for two national title insurance companies. He also co-manages the firm’s litigation practice, focusing on probate, divorce, construction, business, and domestic disputes, while advising on estate planning and business strategies. A former Sudbury Planning Board member and active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, he operates from offices in Sudbury and Osterville, leading the firm alongside his daughters, Kristen L.
