Emile F. Martineau, a Rhode Island native from West Warwick, is a seasoned attorney and co-founder of Martineau Law P.C., a family-owned law firm in Warwick, Rhode Island, where he practices alongside his wife, Lynn. With a B.S. in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and a J.D. from New England School of Law, Emile began his career at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General under three Attorney Generals, prosecuting numerous felony cases, including first-degree murder. Since entering private practice in 1999, he has focused on real estate transactions, closings, estate planning, and probate, drawing on extensive experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, business law, family law, and trusts. Known for fostering strong client relationships, Emile, a Jamestown resident, enjoys tennis, running, sailing, and spending time with his family by the water.
