Christina Corbaci, Esq., the founder and managing attorney of Corbaci Law, P.C. in Framingham, Massachusetts, is a dedicated immigration lawyer with a deep passion for assisting immigrants, inspired by her own family’s migration stories and her experiences living in countries such as Spain, the U.K., Greece, and Peru. She earned a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish Studies from Brigham Young University in 2001 and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007. Admitted to the Massachusetts and New York Bars, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, Corbaci honed her expertise over eight years at Joyce & Associates in Boston before establishing her own practice in 2015. Fluent in Spanish and actively engaged with community organizations, she represents clients in immigration court, before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and in consular visa processing, while also serving as a Professor of Practice for Immigration Law at Tufts University and contributing to pro bono initiatives like the CARA Family Detention Project and ACLU of Massachusetts Immigration Protection Project.
